🥱Waking earlier than I want to because I see the value of my early am practices

🏋🏿‍♀️Challenging workouts that push me (so my body actually changes)

🥶Cold fkn water for 2 minutes to practice calm breathing under duress

📣Uncomfortable truthful conversations

💰Self investment 😅

🙈Putting myself out there and doing things before “I’m ready”

📂 Doing focused work and strategy on my business and finances instead of just dicking around on Instagram because it’s easier and more fun

👉🏼If it doesn’t stretch or challenge you it probably won’t change you.

It’s both/and my friends. Make sure you’re getting a healthy dose of grace AND grit in your life 🫶

Confused and distracted.
Scared.
Helpless.
Selfish.
Powerless and broke.
