Yin – 45 min

A slow, soothing, cooling class for those of us that need to unwind. Props are recommended for yin classes and can include folded blankets, yoga blocks, straps and sandbags. Expect long slow seated and reclined holds, meditations and soothing breath work. All levels welcome. Scent is a nice add-on.
