Power Hour – 60 min

The kind of class that’s never hard to make it to your mat for. A welcomed mid-day break of light continuous movement suitable for Sweaty, strong, empowering classic power yoga. Expect a classic power sequence with lots of sun salutations, strong holds, and options for inversions and arm balances if you choose. A warm room and a loud speaker is recommended as an add on. All levels welcome, modifications offered, but expect a strong class.
